I give 1 star for the service because the lady who served us was very poorly mannered, she let us wait more than 30 minutes to take our order after another 30 minutes to serve us, strange reaction when we ordered drinks without alcohol, everyone has their own choices in life, in short I don't think we'll come back

I’m never disappointed with their meals. They are different than your regular menu. I must applaud their maple menu. It was a delight. The perfect combination of sugar shack taste and salty. Not too sweet, just enough.
First the waitress offers me a table near the window the restaurant is almost empty, when I ask her to sit on a side of the bench she seems to be disturbing. Then I order, the sound of the radio is much too loud for a relaxed lunch atmosphere, it's intrusive. I've never heard the radio so loud in a restaurant, I have a hard time thinking, fortunately I'm alone. If I came as a family it would have been cacophonous, we wouldn't be able to hear each other speak. I tell the waitress politely, I try to make her aware of the aggression of the high volume, she tells me that we cannot lower the sound that it is always the same level of volume. Her non-verbal expression seems disturbed by my comment. I understand that it's pleasant to work with music, it can be motivating but you have to think about the quality of service and the atmosphere is super important in restaurants. You have to think about the well-being of the customers, it makes you want to leave before lunch arrives. If I hadn't already ordered I would have left to go to the egg maker. Hearing pollution is not necessary in the morning when you have just woken up and you want to have a quiet lunch with people laughing on the radio very loud announcements phew, the radio is muddy the sound is low and suddenly loud really it's aggressive n Don't bring your children with special needs ASD living with (autism spectrum disorder) there. Concerning the cleanliness of the premises it is 10 out of 10. Regarding the meal I had dry potatoes that were not hot, it is not the first and last time at this franchise. You should take customer needs into consideration, is the radio supposed to be for customers or staff? The waitress comes back to offer me coffee with a smile. I drink my coffee after lunch, it has an acrid taste, I wonder if the coffee is fresh and I wait for the waitress to empty the bottom of one carafe into the bottom of another. The taste of the coffee tastes bitter at the bottom of the carafe. At least a few positive points but not enough for the experience to be pleasant. In short, paying 19 dollars plus tax for an experience like this is not worth the trip. Really frustrating.

On this day of Good Friday! I had bad service. We were 4 adults and 3 children (1 baby in 1 stroller) I often go to this Ben et flo and I never had a problem. The staff is courteous but today we had service that was worth 0. First we were told to leave the stroller in the car so the people with the baby left. Then I asked for another waitress because the one I had had ruined our family lunch. She told me to go to the door. When we left she said it was good that there was more room for other people. I understand it's overflowing with people but I've never had a problem before. We had to leave and ruin our family lunch with young children who were hungry.

I never take the time to write reviews but I realized today that is very important! I came to this restaurant a few times for breakfast and everyone is very nice except this tall girl with dark hair , very unpleasant , never smiles, arrogant and she’s the only person that mixes gluten free toast with regular toast in the same basket , the first time I told her and she got verymad and gave me attitude, this morning i didn’t say anything but I won’t ever go back to this restaurant again !When you work with the public is important to at list smile at people , so people will come back and refer the restaurant to others !

Went there this morning with the family at 10am March 7 2024Our waitress was rude and didn’t seem to love her job, we had no utensils and had to get our own from the table next door. Then we noticed they were cleaning the table with a bucket of water then put her dish cloth back in the dirty water to clean other tables. I did not find this normal.Also noticed the coffee wasn’t that great very strong like it was old or not made properly.Also bacon had a funny taste.
