Stopped by Benny & Co with my friend earlier , and while it wasn’t perfect, it was still a pretty solid experience.

First off, shoutout to the cashier—a young girl who was super sweet and polite. She really made an effort to be friendly, even though it was clearly a busy day. Honestly, she’s the kind of person who brightens your mood a bit while you wait.

And speaking of waiting… yeah, the food did take a while to come out. Longer than I expected, to be honest. But once it finally arrived? Totally worth it. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and cooked just right.

The cashier was absolutely lovely—warm, welcoming, and she attentive, making the wait more bearable. However, the waiting time for the food was noticeably long, which was a bit disappointing. That said, once the food arrived, it was clear it was worth the wait. Everything was cooked well with generous portions.

If you’re not in a rush and appreciate great service and delicious meals, this Benny & Co. location is definitely nice

Disappointment. Order to bring. We ordered a garden salad for $18.00. It is indicated in the description that it is indeed white meat (breast) but it was made only of dark meat. Normally we are very satisfied with this place but here...big disappointment...

Called to let them know she told ne id get a credit paid 20$ for the poutine
I called to get my poutine turns out i get 10$ off my next order. This was a rip off

It's not what it used to be. I last ordered several months ago. Following my order I was dissatisfied and I took the trouble to write a comment on the form on their website. I received no response or even an acknowledgment of receipt. I look at the other responses from the owner who says to contact them but you don't respond! Obviously I haven't ordered there since.

I order regularly and every other time the order is incomplete. Poutine with filets without filets, poutine without cheese, poutine without sauce. Something is always missing. It's not complicated though. There is definitely a problem in quality control and order accuracy.

Very disappointed with the quality of the food. The chicken is practically non existent in my wrap. The extra bacon and extra bread that I paid for were not in the meal. I also had no fork for my salad.

However, the gentleman who delivered my meal was very friendly and professional.

I ordered online and paid for an order. An hour later I called to be told that the order had been canceled because apparently they called me and I said I lived in Laval which is not the case. Stay away from this branch.

Benny Anjou. Here is the box I received too. The quantity of fries is a shame it's becoming "snack" boxes at a price that keeps increasing. It's more and more frequent and when I went to complain I was told that there are cuts and that it's normal... you've just lost me as a customer!

It's been 2 times that I have had a bad experience with Benny. 1st time, the order took 80 minutes to arrive and it was cold. I complained online. Never followed up.
Today, order online, after 75 minutes I call. Computer problem my order was never made. They have it online, but never produced. I was told they will send it in 20 minutes.
I've been waiting for 40 minutes.
Finished for me benny. You can keep your chicken.

I love Benny's food! It happened a time or two where it was a little less tasty but I guess those things happen.

On the other hand, there are order errors 2 times out of 3. A sauce is missing, or I am sent the wrong salad. I order 3 meals and they only send 2 but they still charge me for 3. I order 2 thighs, they send me 2 breasts...

In short, it's extremely irritating because it happens too often. I love their food but I won't order again.

2 out of 2 orders wrong . Get one missing chicken, get credit . Order with credit ,get bread times 4 and no poutine upgrade . Seriously I normally have no issues but someone need s to get fired asap!
