Delicious burgers and fries, well seasoned, perfectly cooked! Good service and the manager has a very good attitude and personality and seems to care about the clients! I'm a regular now, thumbs up!???

The salad was so fresh and tasty. The burger tasted wonderful and the sauce was incredible.Order: Suisse pleurote burger with extra fresh onions & a normal burger with cheddar, bacon and onion, coleslaw, a small salad and a Stewart's orange'n cream.

I used to love that restaurant with the best burgers ever so big and with so much taste and the fries were the best ever but last night, the burgers were more than ordinairy, the meat pattie was small and without taste and the french fries were not even crispy. We had 4 burgers, 2 fries and 1 poutine with nothing to dring and it costed over 90.00$. Never will they see me there again.

PROS:- Quality meat (looks like they grind it themselves)- Flavour is king here & toppings are way better than most burger places (ex: caramelized onions & mushrooms at no extra cost)- Service is top notch. It looks like it's a husband (cook) and wife (server) duo. She's a sweetheart. Bilingual. Very warm and welcoming.- Well priced, so you don't feel shy to order more than you normally would since it's affordableCONS:- Unreliable on getting the order right. My top bun was dry as the sahara with no mayo or harissa. Also, I ordered to eat in the restaurant, but instead they packed it to go. Because of that, the burger got soggy & the texture was bad. There's a reason I asked to eat in the restaurant.- Unreliable timing. I waited 30+ minutes for my meal and was forced to take my order and drive off. I got to my destination and ate my burger in the car in 5 minutes like an animal. So much for enjoying a burger on my birthday... No burger in a fast food joint should take 30 minutes to prepare, no matter what. Several people were standing around and waiting after a while.- The poutine was disgusting. I threw it in the trash. Fries were over-fried and in clearly overly reused oil. Very, very heavy. The gravy had no flavour, which was weird. Thankfully, the cheese was generous.OVERALL CONCLUSIONI'll probably never go there again, even if the food can be delicious & well priced. I can get flavourful and cheap at home, I'm a good cook. The key to any restaurant is CONSISTENCY and the key to any fast food joint is, well, being FAST. So even if their strong suits are great, their weaknesses are glaring. Totally ruined my day.

On our recent stay in Montreal we had dinner there and it was excellent! The food was great and the people were even better. We enjoyed it so much that we kept going back for more. There are so many good burgers with so many options. I highly recommend giving them a try!

So... I consider myself to be a burger connoisseur. I have to say, I went to Burger de Ville on Rue Jarry Est for the first time at this establishment and I had one of the best tasting burgers I have had in years. The patties are like my dad use to make on the Bar-B, you can tell them how you want them grilled, med, med well done, etc... The free toppings are amazing and bountiful, it was like going to your buddies house for a bar-b-q but your buddy is a chef, just wonderful and full of flavor. After our meal, the chef asked us if we wanted to try his sweet potato soup and he gave us two small bowls. It blew us away, we discovered it was the ginger, never would have thought to add ginger to a sweet potato soup but again, it was amazing and acted as a digestive. Lastly, the service, a more friendly and helpful staff you could not ask for. We left smiling and vowed to return real soon. Thank you guys, well done!
