Really great service! Most spoke very great english and were able to answer any questions we had about both the hotel and attractions in the area! They were happy to oblige when i asked for extra pillows!

Comfortable stay without any issues, good size room, value for money, convenient location, room had everything needed other than hot water kettle. Staff was really courteous and helpful. Safe & Secure

The staff was really helpful and friendly. The rooms were clean, and it was a good value for the cost. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who needed to stay in this general area. It was easy to get to, and right off a highway

While the location is beyond the city centre, there is a “Park and Ride” parking lot at the Radisson Metro Station, making it a great way to reach all of the major attractions through the subway system. Check in was mediocre, as both front desk agents were so engrossed in their computer system that they could not look up to greet us. The room was clean when we arrived, but we were m not crazy about the lack of housekeeping in the rooms until you check out. The stars of the property? Franco for giving us the best directions and being so helpful, and a big shout out to Mike and Iman as well. These guys are hospitality stars for being so engaged, friendly, and helpful with extra amenities for our room. It is memorable staff like this that would make us want to go back! Thank you!

All was good with our stay at this hotel. The bed was comfortable. Parking was free. The staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful. They took the time to get us a taxi and were able to guide us to where we were going

Hôtel near malls and downtown also near highway for trip location . Need pool and hot tub and fitness room . Air exchanger need to be upgraded because it’s loud. Lobby employees are friendly ???????? ????????

We were in Montreal for the Allouette Bomber football game, and Frank at the front desk was very helpful with directions and answering our questions. Accommodations were wonderful and breakfast was delicious.

Stayed here for night on the way through. Just off the highway, lots of parking and the front desk staff was friendly and welcoming, but that's all I have to stay that's positive about here. The hallway to my room had an unpleasant smell and once I got inside my room the first thing I noticed was the stains all over the carpet. Made me question if I should take off my shoes. Later I pulled out the chair and ... what... I'm pretty sure people throw out better ones, could probably replace this just by driving around the neighbourhood. Now if this was less than $100/n I could live with this and rate it average, but at $180/n you have to be kidding me.

Do not stay there. This place is very filthy. The room on the 3rd floor was extremely dirty with dirt and dark and brown marks all over the floor and the wall. The bathroom door could not close properly. The sink had this yellow stuff all over. We took pictures and showed the lady and the man working there and asked to change to another room. They replied: '' There is no other room available''. We asked for a refund. They replied: '' Only the manager can give a refund and that person is not available. We slept there that night. We had to leave that place. We went back to get the rest of our belongings later on the 3rd day. I have been feeling sick since I left that place. I have an itchy and soar throat. Again, this place is filthy.

Very nice place. Clean, good location. It is worthy to be there. The only thing missing is a Restaurant with Breakfast included it should be done. Very nice Staff at the reception desk. Nice and big parking spot.

Place was just open for breakfast in October 2018. Food was ok not brilliant

Not a fine Italian cuisine. 4 - 5 choices of wine. Similar to type St Hubert. ~100$ for 2 (dinners and bottle vine) Tips included☺
