I don’t want to scare anyone, but this experience genuinely changed the way I feel about eating outside.

On December 22nd, my partner and I ate at this location. This was our first and only meal of the day.

Within a few hours, we both developed headaches, followed by fever, chills, and severe gastrointestinal symptoms that lasted close to a week.

From the moment we arrived, the place did not feel clean or well-managed. The overall hygiene standards appeared questionable, the service took longer than usual, and even small details (such as basic equipment not being properly maintained) raised concerns.

This location seems to be run by a rotating group of student employees, and unfortunately, this experience made it very hard for me to trust that proper hygiene standards are consistently enforced here.

I cannot state with absolute certainty what caused our illness, but given the timing, the severity of the symptoms, and the fact that this was our only meal, the experience was deeply alarming.

This incident left me with lasting anxiety about eating out. Our health is not something to gamble with, and for me, this was a breaking point.

I order 10 pieces donuts and they just gave me 8 pieces, and the donuts are old and hard service is extremely bad

Waited 40 minutes for a quite simple order, direspectful and extremely slow employees. Disgusting dirty tables.

Food is often bot fresh. The chicken nugget i got were stale and old. For the price it is not acceptable. A realy bad managed mcdonald. Shame.

Food was standard but the restaurant and play areas were very dirty.

Waited too long for our order and the food wasn’t right. I ordered small fries and got half — when I asked if they could give a bit more , they refused. Staff were also gossiping, thinking I didn’t understand French. Super unprofessional. The playroom was dirty too. Now I see why the place was empty.

Very very bad workers so lazy

I would avoid this spot as beat as possible. It's really hard for this McDonald's to get a simple order of coffee right . You need to repeat your self a bunch for it to happen. If you talk to the manager there he's as bad as the workers and will be rude . If you don't want to lose brain cells don't go to this location

The staff were friendly and the food was fresh, which we appreciated. It did take a bit longer than expected to get our order, and the self-ordering machine didn’t print a receipt — which made it a bit confusing to follow up. Still, a decent experience overall.

The drive-thru is always very slow... I just don't have to be in a hurry

Several times I went around 4-5 a.m. coming back from work and no one answers and yet there is a light and it says open 24 hours on your website! Service not always consistent in terms of communication and speed.

worst experience!!! Arrogant young girl at the drive-thru, endless wait and no answer on the phone!

Drive thru takes 10 years, employees complain to customers' ears and can't take an order correctly, customer service 0/10, do better.
