Waited too long for our order and the food wasn’t right. I ordered small fries and got half — when I asked if they could give a bit more , they refused. Staff were also gossiping, thinking I didn’t understand French. Super unprofessional. The playroom was dirty too. Now I see why the place was empty.

I would avoid this spot as beat as possible. It's really hard for this McDonald's to get a simple order of coffee right . You need to repeat your self a bunch for it to happen. If you talk to the manager there he's as bad as the workers and will be rude . If you don't want to lose brain cells don't go to this location

The staff were friendly and the food was fresh, which we appreciated. It did take a bit longer than expected to get our order, and the self-ordering machine didn’t print a receipt — which made it a bit confusing to follow up. Still, a decent experience overall.

Several times I went around 4-5 a.m. coming back from work and no one answers and yet there is a light and it says open 24 hours on your website! Service not always consistent in terms of communication and speed.

Drive thru takes 10 years, employees complain to customers' ears and can't take an order correctly, customer service 0/10, do better.

What happend to fast food?
20mins to get my order is already bad. But having argue about with I assume was a manager or leader from the uniform about giving me me wrong size ice latte is ridiculous. A mistake was made and they give me a small instead of the medium I paid for...and having a "manager" trying to Jedi mind trick me trying to convince me that a small is the medium is not acceptable. Clearly she just didnt want to redo the order.
Seriously, it's time to move on from Mcd's

Slowest drive-thru with poorly trained staff. If a customers order is going to take more than a few mins they should have the car parked. I waited almost 30 minutes stuck in drive thru and there were only 3 cars ahead. Better to just drive to another location.
