The sauces are delicious and great tasting! My favourite are the Arrabiata and Napolitana sauce. Nice small family business that’s been around for a very long time. My only complaint is that they use styrofoam packaging for their pasta products and that is awful and terrible for the environment so I don’t purchase those products at all. Plastic is pretty bad for the environment too, however at least the plastic containers can be reused for other stuff at home. I like that...read full review
Bought some lasagna sheets , to make cannelloni,soooo dry and hard ,was not able to use it.....!!! Very non professional owner told me "you did not know how to cook it !!! Been cooking for 45years!!! Don't buy anything ...old dryed up pasta just awful! !!!
