Great coffee, friendly service, and quick turnaround! I stopped by this Tim Hortons location and was pleasantly surprised by how clean and organized everything was. The staff was welcoming and served my order quickly, even during the morning rush. My coffee was fresh, and the breakfast sandwich was hot and tasty. It’s exactly what I needed to start the day right. Convenient location and consistent quality — definitely one of the better Tim’s in the area!
Every time I come to this location, it seems like the staff is not properly trained, as they don’t seem to know what they’re doing. They are never able to make a LONDON FOG or THE LONDONIEN.
During my last visit, the person attending me wasn’t able to prepare it because, according to him, they didn’t have THE LONDONIEN — even though there was clearly Earl Grey tea available. He seemed to believe that THE LONDONIEN was a type of tea, like chai, black tea, or Earl Grey itself, rather than understanding it as a specific preparation. He also had no idea it was supposed to be made with steamed milk and syrup.
In the end, he just handed me a random tea in hot water because he clearly didn’t understand what I was asking for. This isn’t the first time this has happened — I’ve had similar issues with other orders in the past. It’s incredibly frustrating and disappointing to deal with this level of service, especially when it’s consistent.
