I recently visited and got a medium coffee with cream and sugar, but it seemed a bit stale and not as fresh as expected. I think it would be great if you could refresh the coffee more frequently during the day to maintain that fresh taste.

We visited this place when we made a trip to Montreal last weekend. The food served here was superb but it seems like the staffs are not happy to see customers. The guy who took our order was so upset and disappointed. I don’t know for what !!
I come to this Tim Hortons every day, every day I am told that they don't know the prices, they burn my bread even though I make a very simple order. I take the same thing every day (blt) and every day they do anything. They don't even know their manager's number. They speak badly and have an attitude. I don't know what's wrong with this Tim Hortons but they should close or change their employee because they are incompetent
