I’ve never had the pleasure of walking into this Tim Hortons before this week — I’m usually a drive-through person. But Wednesday evening around 6 p.m., the team completely blew me and my wife’s socks off! They were so hospitable — it felt like walking into a room full of friends. The front-of-house staff and even the kitchen team made sure we had the best service. They made great suggestions, chatted with us, and even convinced us to try new things we ended up loving. It was a once-in-a-lifetime experience. Shout-out to Ramatoulaye Sall for her amazing service and warm, personable attitude. Easily our best Tim Hortons experience ever!

They had no clue what I was talking about or was just ignorant because I was talking in English not French.
Can you believe they didn't know everything bagel, butter, lettuce, tomato these simple words.
Their faces were giving me a impression of that why are you here especially the lady, later a guy.

One lady doesn’t have manners to treat customers, I ordered clearly what I wanted and she didn't take the order good, had to pay more to re order what I wanted. And when i told her the mistake she started laughing and saying things with her coworkers in her language. To clarify i ordered in French

not able to tell the difference between chipotle and ranch.. gives potato wedges dry and hard as a rock.
after politely asking to check the French vanilla machine (because 8 times out of 10 I pay $4 for milk and water) I am answered arrogantly: Why is the machine clean? guess what!? She didn't taste anything once again..... so a $25 order to get a delicious strawberry lemonade. update... it's worse than worse all the tables are atrociously dirty as much as the glass and the floor.... instead of cleaning the employers talk and laugh in addition to leaving their cell phones on the cutting board. ...
it's decided, this tim horton is lost
