not able to tell the difference between chipotle and ranch.. gives potato wedges dry and hard as a rock.
after politely asking to check the French vanilla machine (because 8 times out of 10 I pay $4 for milk and water) I am answered arrogantly: Why is the machine clean? guess what!? She didn't taste anything once again..... so a $25 order to get a delicious strawberry lemonade. update... it's worse than worse all the tables are atrociously dirty as much as the glass and the floor.... instead of cleaning the employers talk and laugh in addition to leaving their cell phones on the cutting board. ...
it's decided, this tim horton is lost

I come every morning to this location for my coffee, and I must say this Tim Hortons is by the far the fastest service I've seen yet in all of Montreal. You can tell the team is very organized. Keep it up!!!

I want to leave a review because I just bought a Refresher and it had fruit flies in it. I went back and the staff (Audrey) seemed really unhelpful, gave me a refund and told me there was nothing else she could do. Its service leaves a lot to be desired and so does the quality of the products.
