I made an order at the drive-thru and I did not receive what I wanted and when returning 10 minutes later to claim what was missing the cashier in the name of Mohamed R was arrogant and unprofessional plus the amount of the bill was different from the amount loaded on my card during payment and when I let him know this he did nothing to resolve the situation very poor service I strongly advise against 👎

Every time it's the same it's missing either a burger or a fries it's never full whoever takes is always angry talking stupid, it's not at all pleasant to go to this restaurant we'll go elsewhere it's over In my opinion
Ps when you say that something is missing in your bag the one who prepared your starts to look at you with pig eyes well I apologize I want what I paid for that's it that's frankly. And forget the napkins, there are never any in the bag.

The staff here is friendly, but the manager micromanages everything. He uses hand gestures and strict body language to give orders, making the employees visibly stressed. He doesn’t smile or create a comfortable work environment, which made me feel awkward even placing an order. The staff does their best, but the manager’s behavior ruins the experience.Maybe he’s just not good for the position…
