Very disappointing experience. The sushi had way too much rice compared to the toppings, making it taste bland, and the rice itself was undercooked, giving me a stomach ache. Service was also poor; our soup came after we finished eating, sashimi arrived last, and they didn’t follow our order, serving what they thought instead. I wouldn’t recommend this place at all.

Malheureusement, la qualité a complètement dégringolé par rapport aux débuts du restaurant. C'est très dommage car nous aimions la formule "all-you-can-eat"en restaurant. Côté à emporter, notre dernière commande a mis presque 2 heures à être prête. Aucun mot d'excuse, aucune compensation. Et là qualité des sushis est rendue médiocre. Trop de riz, trop de mayonnaise. Dans le plateau de sushis, les sashimis sont en majorité des bâtons de goberge décongelés... En bref, très insatisfaisant. Encore une fois, vraiment dommage.
Pour couronner le tout, j'ai appris que le restaurant a reçu deux amendes à propos de la propreté des lieux. Fini pour nous!

This was our first time visiting, and we came with a group of 5. We only ordered one paper menu because the food was so bad, we didn't want to waste any more. The service was unprofessional, and we didn’t feel welcome at all. The ambiance was terrible—uncomfortable and uninviting. Unfortunately, nothing on the menu was good. The sushi was mostly rice with hardly any flavor in the fish, and nothing tasted fresh. The salmon was far from fresh, and both the beef and filet mignon were inedible—I honestly suspect they might have served us pork instead. The soup was also awful. Overall, a completely disappointing experience, and I won’t be coming back. I do not recommend this place to anyone. If I could leave a 0-star rating, I would.

I went there twice in 1 week. First time during the week, very very ordinary service by waitresses who are clearly not waitresses. Basic principle in service and catering: when you bring something to the tables, never leave empty-handed... Second visit, on a Saturday evening, the service was better, thanks to a young waitress in particular who stood out for her resourcefulness, her kindness and her smile. On the other hand, we cannot say as many good things about other employees of the place. We told the waitress that there was someone in our group who was allergic to shrimp. Something that is possible and common in this type of establishment, normally the kitchen only pays special attention. Here, the cook curtly replied, “If he has allergies, he should eat elsewhere!” Wow. Very professional. Another problem, the cleanliness really leaves something to be desired. The toilets were downright disgusting, with visible shit and piss all over the floor. Large spider web at eye level near the restaurant entrance. Anyway, no thanks for me. I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt the first time, but this place isn't worth it.
