My starter of brochetta was very dry 3, 4 ti cube of tomato, no sauce, but a lot of cheese... carrot soup from my friend which tasted nothing... The crab cup cakes,,, really not good. ...My salmon meal was very dry, no rice, blues baked potato which tasted nothing....except for the cheese and bacon..The blues hamburger didn't taste much either..... .The service was good and fast this time, otherwise the last time I went there for dinner at 5 p.m. I had to tell the waitresses to turn down the music 3 times....and the service was very, very long. ...the girls were having drinks together at the bar...ouffff made me think if I'm going to return the....

Nice evening, until the owner started yelling at his employees and denigrating them in front of all the customers.
While telling them to leave their camp and that they are good for nothing!

We were a group of 17 for a party, we were offered a table d'hôte with 3 choices of starter, 3 main choices that we agreed with the establishment. This one changed part of the menu without notice. The photo is the snail starter 🤢 I would rather say a rubbish snail on garlic bread gratin, then for the main course more than half of the people who took the chicken we ate whatever butcher and removed their plate, the meat was not cooked, the pasta Alfredo was ok but it was basic. The pepper sauce was more of a wine sauce (disgusting in everyone's opinion) the dessert was very good but there for the $++ price of the table the dinner was already ruined in advance!

I found the experience disappointing: Avoid on Sundays because half of the menu was unavailable. No vegetarian options at brunch.

The waitress is not pleasant and is condescending. I don't recommend it because they made us feel like idiots when serving us the wrong dish and made us pay for their error.

Vegetarian options: No savory options during brunch (no way to replace meat with vegetarian options)

My message supports the message from a customer "Stéphanie Guilbeau" and the restaurant's response (I really hope not to receive such a dramatic response because it's a bit of a shame not to simply admit that it's not not "normal" a situation like this and simply apologize).

First, “burst into tears” is an exaggeration of the situation. At the table, when it was 8:30 p.m., we asked if there was a lot of waiting time left. We arrived at 6:20!!! The waitress was unable to give us an answer. Nowhere in our interactions did we make the waitress uncomfortable. (besides the fact that she was ALREADY uncomfortable being the person to communicate to us and deal in our dissatisfactions). I asked her if it was possible to have compensation or any offering for the incredible slowness we were experiencing and she never gave us an answer and we did not have a visit from the manager.

We paid for our drinks, canceled our plates because by 9 p.m., we still had an indefinite wait time. We were hungry and wanted to eat! ((We were about 10 people....))

I always loved going to the Blues. The food is very good but for some time it has been taking a long time and it doesn't encourage you to come back.

The last time, I went there with my little girls. We ordered pizza around 5:15 p.m. and at 7:30 p.m. we still had nothing.

I very much hope that things will settle down again. Basically, it's an excellent restaurant.
