Belle bande de crisss de pas bon sans genis.... service de marde a baie-comeau jai apeler a 16h00 a louverture du resto 5 fois et ya personne quia pu prende ma commande ca jamais repondu en cette st-valentin wowwwwww beeau service a clientelle de marde pas mal le seul resto qui reste a baie-comeau pis jespere juste qui va faire faillite ste bande de pas bon la.... merci jme suis aussi presenter sur place a 16h40 pour me faire dire quil prenais pu aucune commander bravoooooo!!!!

on vien de faire une commande de 200$ .. nous avions demander que se soit prêt pour 16h et lors de notre arriver il n'avait même pas le bon de commande .. de plus il me manquait 1 variétés de sushi et j'avais une erreur dans mes nigiri .. je n'est pas l'habitude de laisser des commentaires négatifs mais sincèrement la qualité des produits on grandement régresser ! le riz gouttais le riz uncle bens je nest déceler aucun goût de vinaigre de riz. de plus le saumon fumer goutais ben goutais pas le fumer :( jai eu à peine une quantité de fromage à la crème... pour ce prix la en plus je m'attendais à beaucoup beaucoup mieux. pour y avoir commander à multiple reprise depuis les années j'ai vue une grande différence ! et oui j'ai appeler pour l'erreur et le manque j'ai eu un crédit.. je suis déçu.. notre souper de la st valentin est gâcher.

The spicy salmon tartare is very good. The service is ok. The atmosphere leaves something to be desired: loud country music interspersed with commercial breaks in the evening in a sushi restaurant

This was my second visit to this restaurant: once again, it was excellent. The deconstructed sushi is super good. The sushi is so big and the homemade sauce is perfect. The service is great!

Quite disappointing. We waited for our 18 sushis for over an hour without bothering to come and inform us.
The only exchange was to come and serve water without any particular interest.
Noisy atmosphere.
Fortunately the sushi was quite good.

EXTREMELY slow service. Waitress almost absent, I even asked her a question and I never got the answer.

Sushi good but poorly rolled (they fall apart).

I had to ask for baguettes with my meal.

Unfortunately, it was a traumatic dining experience for my partner and me. I ordered the filet mignon/shitake mille-feuille and my partner the 5 oz filet mignon. My steak mille-feuille was barely cooked: the outside of the steak was pink and the inside was cold and blue. All soaked in a grotesque amount of sauce... The steak was not seasoned in any way. The vegetables were limp, soggy and extremely bland. The rice was good, the salad too. Despite this, three small bites of my mille-feuille were enough to make me incredibly nauseous….

As for my partner's piece of meat, it was extremely bland in addition to being cold. A piece of meat that has been cooked without seasoning; no salt, no pepper, nothing. In addition, the requested cooking was medium rare and the steak was well cooked. The fries were good and tasty on the other hand. The vegetables just as wet and tasteless as mine.

The young server we had was great. Polite, courteous, available. On the other hand, a kitchen manager (or simply one of the cooks??) was extremely unprofessional towards us and the table next to us. The latter were a little discouraged because they had arrived at 6:30 p.m. and had still not received food at 9:00 p.m. The employee came out of the kitchen, rebellious, to come and tell them "I just wanted to tell you that I'm sorry but you ordered at 7:15 p.m. and not at 6:30 p.m." in an arrogant and impatient tone (in fact , isn't it synonymous with somewhat poor service to arrive at 6:30 p.m. and only be able to order 45 minutes later??). This episode left palpable bitterness in the room. What discomfort!

I had already been disappointed with sushi, but nothing catastrophic. The steaks were succulent when we came last year. However, the food received today (for more than $100 bill) was the last straw for us. Never again. It’s really insulting to pay $50 for a plate and receive a dish of poorly cooked porridge.

I lived in Baie-Comeau for 2 and a half years and I ordered here every Friday. In 2020, I returned on vacation with my partner: the same large portions, quality sushi, well rolled. Today, August 7, 2024, I return on vacation with my family and the picture is completely different: disappointment! Lunch take-out: poorly rolled and small sushi. In the evening, at the restaurant, very slow service, we were served after more than an hour of waiting, sushi all broken up, not as good. The waiter forgot the chopsticks and to bring us a spoon, he didn't come to ask us if everything was to our taste...it was my favorite restaurant, but not anymore :(

Unfortunately we had a very bad experience. We came to order makis to take away.
We placed our order at the counter at 6:50 p.m., I received my order within a reasonable time. My friend who ordered at the same time as me received her order at 7:50 p.m. after having made 2 reminders to the employees that we were paying attention.

The first time they tell us that they will go to the kitchen to find out when the order will be ready Around 7:20 p.m.
We were in plain sight, waiting.

It’s 7:45 p.m., we ask where the order is (2 types of makis only). We are still asked for the name of the order, telling us that it won't take long. Finally at 7:50 p.m., we asked for a refund, we had been waiting for 1 hour for 2 types of makis.

In the meantime there are at least 6 customers who placed orders after us and who were served before we received ours.

In the end we were told that the time put on the invoice was not the correct one. We got a refund, and they gave us double the amount of sushi to accommodate us.

The taste of the makis was bland, honestly I am a fan of sushi and unfortunately the sushi was not fresh. There was mango, but it didn't taste good either.
The spicy mayo sauce was very good though!

we had no utensils. So it was a bad experience, it may be an isolated case but I don't recommend it.

Really disappointing. Sushi isn't what it used to be. The stuff was cold (normally when it should be hot). All this to pay even more is disappointing
