I don't know how things are in Baie-Comeau but the pizzas I order in Quebec are far better. I feel like I was served a frozen pizza. :(

Salvatore of Baie-Comeau. Two totally unacceptable delivery experiences. More than two hours of waiting. During the 2nd experience, several calls were made and we were led by telling us that the delivery would arrive in the next few minutes when 1/2 hour later, a third person confirmed to us that the order had not been received. yet been prepared. Scandalous! As for counter service, it's not better. 40 minute wait for two regular poutines.

I never received my order... I ordered at 5:26 p.m.... nothing at 7:10 p.m. so I called and blamed it on the weather! It looked really nice... the only thing they could do was cancel my order! I felt like I was being looked down upon by customer service because of my nationality.... I do not recommend this restaurant for delivery. So, I had to go to McDonald's and it took me 15 minutes round trip, order and serve! It's not a big city so no reason to expect such a long time.

We arrived at the restaurant and received a great welcome from the employee at the front. The children order what they want and the employee is super friendly with them too. Our order is served in less than 15 minutes (we are still 5 people), everything is super hot and very good!!! Very happy that given the storm all the other restaurants were closed because we probably wouldn't have stopped there!!
