The worse it gets, the worse it gets. Minimum 30 minute wait at the drive-thru, immigrants who don't understand Quebecois well serve us, often the orders are full of errors. I had stopped going there and I think I will continue like this, I understand that to err is human and that you have to leave chances, however you still expect a minimum of quality. What they have lost over time.

4 times out of 10 you don't get what you order, the employees insist that it's the customer's fault! They make mistakes but want you to pay the bill! I had put them aside for a while, I tried my luck again this morning and another 15 minutes of disaster and when I had discussed a liver with the owner we can tell that he smells crazy!

"irresistible" feast for two..., "crispy chicken" sandwich, c 2 ``croquette`` (yes it looks like croquettes) of dry chicken (not a piece of whole chicken) in dry bread with sauce and two whole leaf of lettuce, "roast beef" sandwich c slices of... I think roast beef... (if I knew I would have rather bought in the stores) with the sauce in dry bread. also they cut a piece of bread (we see the cut) in two; the sandwiches are relatively small. slices of dried potato and frozen drop, timbit as usual it was advertised as a meal for two but I finished it all alone. also maybe they want me to eat with my hands and nothing to wipe me with. questionable value for money
