I was greeted at the entrance by an employee smoking (right next to the door). I politely pointed to the signs saying this is not allowed, and asked him to move away from the door to smoke. He did not move and was rude in his response.
I then called to speak to a manager, and the same employee answered the phone. The employee did not speak any French, but old me the manager was not available, and hung up on me when I asked him to leave a message for the manager regarding his improper behaviour.
I will never eat at this store, and suggest others go elsewhere if they wish to avoid bad service.

26 bucks for a footlong trio. Are you serious? This place used to be affordable. Basically a half sub is now the price of a footlong. This, coupled with a really bad service. I will never go back there, or any other Subway for that matter.
