Wonderful little cozy restaurant with authentic Italian cuisine. The food was superb. The service was tremendously attentive, even catering to our table with a server who spoke in English and French despite them not being her first languages. Absolutely recommend for anyone wanting a great date night meal in a place that feels intimate. One of my favorite restaurant experiences in recent memories. Praise to the chef and especially to Eloise our server.

Just WOW! Gnocchi were out of this world, but the desserts (Zeppole and Torta au Limoncello) changed my life. Great food, nice people and fantastic atmosphere.

We arrived expecting to enjoy a nice Italian dinner and were immediately disappointed by the awful service. Other than me and my wife, the only other guests was a noisy crowd of about 6 drunk middle aged women. The staff, which consisted of two very young women, seemed overwhelmed and ignored us at the entrance for several minutes, while they delivered more drinks to the roudy table and kept dropping things in the kitchen. Finally I approached one and asked if we could sit. She said yes and brought just one food menu and one drink menu. We sat for about 15 minutes waiting for someone to come take our drink order or at least offer us water, but they completely ignored us despite our sitting just 10 meters away. The setting was also not very pleasant with a strong smell of poorly vented smoke in the back and a series of Italian groceries for sale along the walls and shelves. At the front the noisy cars on the street were the dominant sound aside from the cackling drunk group. We ended up walking out without ever being asked what we wanted. Maybe it was just a bad night but the service was among the most impolite and unwelcoming I've ever experienced. I guess that's authentic Italy in some way. Avoid if possible. There's plenty of impeccable service from the dozen other restaurants just a block or two away. No point suffering abuse.

Rude and unwelcoming server (ponytail with shave). We asked if there was a kids menu - she said no and no changes to menu so if you want to leave after reading the menu it’s ok it happens a lot with kids . Husband asked if they have risotto, she rudely replied have you read the menu? When we said we are ready to order , she said no I won’t take your food order we have many other people before u. So unfortunately we had to leave as we were not welcome.

Great atmosphere and nice team. The food is high quality and proper portions like the European way. We even had a chat with the owner and talked about the passion that goes into each meal. Really great presentation on your plate also :) While we are from Ontario and not around the corner, next time we will stop by again! Keep it up!
