While passing through for lunch following a road trip to Saguenay, I stopped at this Microbrewery. The establishment and the neighborhood are very nice. For my part I ordered the Ribs which were very tender. The beer is quality. I recommend

We took real pleasure in leaving Quebec to come and take a look there. However, this is not at all what it used to be. They no longer have an IPA, claiming not to specialize in this type of beer (!!!) according to the response obtained by the young girl at the bar who served us two weeks ago. Prices have jumped disproportionately; a smoked meat at $31.75 as opposed to $17.45 just a stone's throw away. Even without the fries, go to Jos!!! Unfortunately, they have become a tourist trap. It’s really a shame!

The fried squid as a starter are delicious and the portion is very generous. Accompanied by Flacatoune, it made a very good snack after a hike!
