We took real pleasure in leaving Quebec to come and take a look there. However, this is not at all what it used to be. They no longer have an IPA, claiming not to specialize in this type of beer (!!!) according to the response obtained by the young girl at the bar who served us two weeks ago. I was thirty minutes late for my reservation and I received an exceptional welcome. I was afraid of being scolded but absolutely not, I was welcomed like a princess. Thanks also for the beer suggestion, a great way to end a wonderful fall day
