Delicious breakfast, excellent service. We had Eggs Benedict (eggs were perfect) and a cheese and bacon omelette (also excellent). Definitely go again.

One of the worst customer service experiences for the L'Oeange Bistro restaurant. As soon as we arrived, the welcome was very ordinary. The space was so limited that the waitresses were almost grabbing our plates as they had difficulty getting to the end of the tables. We were rationed for rolls and butter, when we asked for beers on the menu, at least 3 of them were unavailable.
When serving the coffee, the waitress only filled the cups 2/3 full... and her carafe being empty, she did not return to finish giving coffee to our table
We hadn't even finished our plates and drinks before we were asked to leave because another group was waiting.
Seriously, it was an execrable experience!
The room is very clean and the bedding comfortable. However, the door to one of the bathrooms did not work properly. In October the air conditioning worked in the common areas, why? We were given a wifi code but not the correct one for the network, so we didn't have access to wifi! And the breakfast was not up to par at all, waffles clearly not prepared the same day. Barely decent ham omelette, a few potatoes still cold, coffee that had no taste.

Service by staff was fine but I have never spent $129.00 for a terrible cold frozen burger meat and not hand made fresh meat burger. The Swiss cheese was not melted and the size and thickness of a credit card. I sent the first burger back as it was actually cold. The frys had grated cheese, not cheese curds on them. In Quebec, in the cheese district, it should be against the law. Who serves red wine that was chilled not room temperature. My wife had the frozen chicken on a bun and very substandard as well. I saved the receipt to prove I ordered it. We should have walked out but I told the waitress with an tip it was not her fault. That is what they gave her to serve. Shameful on management

We stopped by for lunch not having any idea what quality of food to expect. To our absolute delight, the trout with lemon sauce on rice with vegetables was beautifully presented and tasted even better. The desserts were equally impressive! This was the best meal we had on our trip to Quebec and we had many delicious ones. Our blond waitress who has been serving for many years was such a hard worker and very friendly. Our hats off to Orange Bistrot!
I'm giving 1 star because I can't give less. Very poor welcome and mediocre food. Prices too high. In short, to avoid!!
Delicious meal served outdoors on their heated covered patio. Very good menu with something for everyone and the service was very attentive and friendly. We liked it so much, we actually ate here 2 nights in a row.
