Our deepest thanks to Chef Patrick and his amazing team for a beautiful, and memorable dinner at Chalet Charlevoix! We were celebrating my parents' 50th wedding anniversary and Mom said it was one of the top ten meals she's ever had! Likewise, my son kept saying as he watched Chef Patrick, "That guy just loves what he does, I feel so happy just watching him!" Indeed, it was a beautiful celebration of 50 years of love and family, and we can't thank Chef Patrick enough for sharing his wonderful gift with us!
Nous avons passé une superbe soirée avec Patrick et Sandra hier soir. Que dire d'autre que tout était génial, avec un super service. Les portions sont extra généreuses et que dire des saveurs!... Un régal pour les yeux, les papilles et pour les oreilles (à cause de son accent!!) ;-) merci pour la belle soirée.

Patrick a fait des repas biologique étonnants pour notre famille pendant que nous étions en vacances à Charlevoix. Chaque plat a été spécialement créé avec des instructions de chauffage spécifiques. Patrick a été très utile tout au long de la procédure de commande et est un véritable maître chef! Nous utiliserons de nouveau ses services si nous prenons des vacances dans la région!!! Patrick made amazing organic meals for our family while we were on vacation in Charlevoix. Each dish was expertly created with specific heating instructions. Patrick was very helpful throughout the ordering process and is a true master chef! We will use his services again if we vacation in the region!!
