Our deepest thanks to Chef Patrick and his amazing team for a beautiful, and memorable dinner at Chalet Charlevoix! We were celebrating my parents' 50th wedding anniversary and Mom said it was one of the top ten meals she's ever had! Likewise, my son kept saying as he watched Chef Patrick, "That guy just loves what he does, I feel so happy just watching him!" Patrick a fait des repas biologique étonnants pour notre famille pendant que nous étions en vacances à Charlevoix. Chaque plat a été spécialement créé avec des instructions de chauffage spécifiques. Patrick a été très utile tout au long de la procédure de commande et est un véritable maître chef! Nous utiliserons de nouveau ses services si nous prenons des vacances dans la région!!!
