Couple’s meal on a Friday evening. Friendly service but more than 30 minutes to find a bottle of wine which was ultimately not in stock. The restaurant was far from busy. No sommelier advice for an alternative. Amuse bouche, pretty good starter. Our two main dishes (beef and halibut) were extremely salty…dessert ok, sweet without really any refinement. I was hoping for a little more for an addition of almost $300. Damage !

le service n'était pas à la hauteur pour une table qui offre des menus à 80$ et 100$. la cuisson n'était pas adéquate. les serveurs ne se retrouvent pas dans les commandes, on nous a demandé 3 fois comment fonctionnaient les factures et il a même fallu leur dire ce qu'on avait mangé. les convives ne recevaient pas leurs plats em même temps.
Th. Nov. 28 2024: my wife and I agreed on the fact that the food presented was not good to not eatable, returning plates. Multiple table around us were saying the same thing. The good service at least they tried could not compensate for the food. This restaurant needs a full reset. If you had a good meal here, lucky you. Though you should not count on luck at that price tag. Very disappointing.

Resto Les Labors 5-course gourmet dinner 11-28-2024 not ordinary....DISGUEST and rooms in great need of renovation. From starter to dessert not edible e.g. Beef heart tartare, guinea fowl, sturgeon with a pronounced mud taste, semblance of beef cooked in water with tiraille etc.etc. At our table I asked the chef; Who authorized these dishes to be taken out of the kitchen? The 2 sous-chefs: were they PRESENT OR blind and without sense of smell??? Bravo to the sommelier and the waiter on the evening of the 28th.
Even at the pizza brulée bistro on 29. Hotel St-Germain Baie St-Paul to avoid. Non-functional shower and bathroom ventilation.
Family room without children; so small room.

We liked the explanation of the dishes and the flavors.

Excellent welcome. Professional and caring staff in a well decorated restaurant. The buffet offering is abundant and diverse. On the other hand, I would have liked a little more proactivity in terms of service for the coffee stove.

We went to the lunch buffet in the morning. The food is super good, but the service really needs to be reviewed. The receptionist at the front often leaves his post for a very long time, leaving people waiting for many minutes before being answered. Sometimes she will even come back, look at her sheet, and leave without even looking at the people who have been waiting for 10-15 minutes. Just a little “we’ll be with you in a moment” would be a very good start. Then the waiters for the cafe don't provide it. It was a very long time before I had a stove. Finally, very difficult to pay our bill to leave. It had been a good 20 minutes since we finished eating and it was impossible to call a waiter. We had to get up and talk to someone in the kitchen to get someone to come and charge us. Other customers, seeing us get up, imitated us because I think they had also been waiting for a long time. In short, very, very good food, but the service is a little frustrating, even if I understand that we are short of labor and that everyone is doing their best!

Les bœuf avait de la tiraille, les desserts étaient ordinaires. La surprise glacée était trop sucrée pour un entre-met. Le service a bien débuté mais s’est gâché dans la soirée. Peut-être pas assez de serveurs. Il a oublié d’apporter nos tisanes. Il a tardé à apporter la facture des voisins. Des clients devaient se servir leur vin eux-mêmes!
