It's hard to find healthy vegan take-out food. I thought Chef Veganessa was a caterer, a place where you order for the week and pick your meals up. I saw on their Facebook that they offered a delicious-looking "chewy lemon cookie sandwich filled with raspberry tahini cream"... "Wait, what? This place is not just a caterer and it's made with healthy ingredients?! I have to try it!" We tried all their cookies (we love all of them!), brownie, cake pops,...
