I ordered from their website using the automatic restaurant location option, but it directed me to a restaurant on the other side of the city. When I called to explain the mistake, they offered no solution, no refund, and I was never able to speak to a manager despite my requests. Very disappointed with this lack of customer service.

I’m upset with my service at this Dagwoods. I usually have a pretty positive experiences but this time I was served by a different worker than usual. She hit on my husband right in front of me when though she is far younger than him and made him uncomfortable. She said “can he eat me the way he eats that sub?” And he was so distraught we had the leave the restaurant. I don’t feel comfortable going here anymore and hope she no longer has a job here.
