i've HAD IT with this place. it's been a good 2 years that the donuts are stale 75% of the time . just now i got 2 trios and not only did they screw up my order, the English muffin buns were stale and had not been toasted or heated AT ALL. I was about to go back and demand a refund but then realized if they sell this crap they will for sure also be a hassle to get remediation... NEVER AGAIN. EVER. if only Harvey's on St Charles did breakfast... now THAT'S a place with good service and the food is always adequate. Tims in Beaconsfield really needs an owner change. FAST.

Tim Hortons never disappoints! I stopped by for a quick coffee and donut, and the service was fast and friendly. The coffee was hot and fresh, and the Timbits were perfect as always.
It’s a great spot for a quick break or breakfast on the go. Clean place, nice staff, and classic Canadian vibes. Can’t go wrong with Timmies!

I have been going to this Tim Hortons since it opened probably 15 years ago. My son even worked there about 8-9 years ago. Has always been great. I don't know what has happened in the last few months, but the morning staff in particular is terrible. There is a newer employee that takes the orders in the am who is extremely rude. He took my order yesterday morning and then yelled it back at me in a mocking tone. I was appaled. Furthermore, he got it wrong, but did make sure to push the young girl in the window out of the way to charge me the 34 cents difference. I will not be going back as long as he works there. Neither will my family. I checked in with some friends in the area to see if they have had issues too and they all concurred the service is horrible. Really disapointing.

As multi-day/week customer, this Store is the absolute best! So FAST at critical times, polite (always with a smile), efficient (they get it right) and even funny at times!! They recognize you and often know your order when you come in! It’s a place that makes you feel seen and appreciated as a customer. Outstanding store and people!

This location is the worst one I have ever eaten at. On three occasions, the ladies’ washroom was disgustingly dirty and unusable. It was brought to the attention of a staff member who spoke to another, who then laughed. The following occasion, the toilets were completely blocked again. When I visited in the summer, there were wasps in the display counter and one was actually on a doughnut…the last time I was there, the coffee was bitter and tasted off—definitely not fresh. The only good thing I have to say is that some of the staff at the counter are friendly. If it were not so convenient, I would likely not visit.

I always come here however today the service was lousy he was complaining about the customers among themselves they left me at the cash register there was a waiter who came to ask me have you been served I replied no, she simply left me, I stayed five more minutes in total 10 minutes without being served even though there were no customers in the car. So I had to leave, I don’t think I’ll ever go back there again!
Service is always very slow here. It takes 10 to 15 minutes to get your food either inside or in the drive-through.
