In the past I found the staff didnt smile much and the atmosphere seemed stressed and the wait was a little long but in the past couple of months the staff seems happier and smiling and the timing is better so whatever changed, keep it up!!☺️

Tim Hortons has known that this location has been doing poorly for years yet they do nothing about it because Tim Hortons doesn’t care about their customers. They only care about money for years and years and years. This location has been horrible. There’s been countless amounts of complaints get Tim Hortons thinks it’s a good idea for this owner to keep operating this business because they are money hungry and don’t care about it

Went through the drive thru. It's 700 am, and the woman at the window is so rude like she's doing me a favour. Usually the staff is friendly and patient but this lady was rude and impatient. Not the staff I want to be served by.

Ordered a sandwich, went through the drive through and was asked to park to increase their ticket times, Waited for 15 minutes in 35 degree weather, I don’t have ac so it wasn’t fun … finally get tired of sweating and walked over to ask the lady if it might come this year … turns out they gave it to some random car 10 mins before …. We went in and they remade it, no attempt to comp the order or offer anything for the mistake, just a “sorry bud” as im dripping sweat … drive through shouldn’t take 25 mins …. and cherry on top … they still got the order wrong.

At 9:05 pm there was only one guy in the store. I ordered medium coffee he gave me wrong drink. His behaviour was very rude and unprofessional. This was the worst experience of Tim Horton I’ve ever had.

This place should close. They don’t have stock of anything. I’m not a complicated order. Ham Sandwich.
But it’s been 4 tries on different weeks that they can’t even do that…. Or a wrap or a bagel or anything.
