In the evening..0 services...the employees I don't understand in Moutier what we ask of them..and in terms of freshness..BIG BIG ZERO..sorry but 4 times out of 5 disappointed....we waste our money ds the void..ca FRUSTRATING..

Took over 25 minutes to get my order and it got mixed up with several orders. Service that is anything but professional, one of the worst services I have received at Tim Horton. He no longer knew how to place orders with 3 cashiers and was confused between them... Try to better train your employees please, disappointing service.

I just wanted to order an iced cappuccino with autumn spices, because I love this drink, but I was picked up by the lady at the cash register. It seemed like I had done something wrong against her because she spoke to me in such a condescending tone. Never in my life have I seen such a rude customer service person. My friend who was with me and who doesn't even understand French, saw everything and understood the scene because the lady's attitude went beyond the language barrier. He told me that if she didn't feel like working today, she should just not come instead of ruining everyone's mood. Moral of the story: I'm going to buy my iced cappuccinos elsewhere so as not to have another incredibly unpleasant experience like what I experienced at this Tim Hortons.

An elderly lady serving was unhelpful and rude, after 5 minutes of waiting for mayonnaise and ketchup while the restaurant was empty, we had to go get it ourselves behind the counters because no one seemed to want to make the trip.
The food isn't crazy, the quantities are small, there's no music in the restaurant, the floor is dirty and a pile of sewage lying around behind the counter. There is no electronic ordering terminal and there is no card with all the items which requires you to look at the screens where the images change every 15 seconds which leaves no time to read.
Only positive point: it’s not expensive

P.S. The only restaurant in Canada where we were not offered still water
