I have never been so poorly served... we went to the drive-thru and the person serving us didn't understand anything we were saying and ended up saying "english". We tried to order even in English and she ended up telling us that the cash registers were closed even though it was a McDonald's open 24 hours. Worst service I've had in my life and what's more she spoke to us in English. I will never go back to this McDonald's again.

Very disappointed with my coffee which tasted like water... At my local McDonald's (La Malbaie), the coffee tastes much better than usual. I don't recommend this McDonald's! They have even already refused to give us a glass of water even though the law states that we must give a glass of water to anyone who asks for one in a restaurant in Quebec.

Once again, things are missing. It seems to me that reading and verifying the commands is not very complicated. Consideration should be given to hiring competent staff. It’s very frustrating to pay for two BBQ chicken poutines and a large fries only to not receive them.
