Really disappointed every time I go by and order kibble, it's always old kibble, it's never fresh... they always try to pass us their old stock, they just have to throw it away, it's not edible. Very disappointing

I am extremely disappointed with my drive-thru experience. I had placed an order online, and all they had to do was enter my order number. Despite this, they were unable to correctly understand my request. Furthermore, I was answered in English, which is unacceptable in a context where bilingual service should be offered. This lack of professionalism and consideration for customers is really disappointing.

I don't like this place since the renovations, too modern place, it lacks colors and themes from several years ago. There was a lack of space, the small raised benches that remained were not very comfortable, no backrest and we were stacked on top of each other to place orders. Bad experience. It was McDonald’s St-Georges Beauce, east side.
