Long, endless wait to get a simple coffee which is also not what I ordered. Avoid!

No recommendation
The worst Tim Horton's in Quebec. Recommended not to go there. Read other customer comments and the owner puts an automatic response, doesn't even bother to answer us......

A little disappointing for Tim points fanatics...several times the scan doesn't work...I lost a lot of points...for the food, 1/3 that the bread is dry!!!

Very warm welcome all the time

Really sad to see a restaurant of this banner so dirty, complaint to Mapac would be appropriate. The only person who works there that we saw is doing his best, but running from one station to another. Thai chicken soup so thick, inedible.

After waiting 10 minutes at the drive-thru when I was the only customer. I was served in an unfriendly manner by the employee.

I understand that Tim is losing ground with such a service.

This message is aimed at potential customers. AVOID THIS BRANCH AT ALL COSTS. Trust me, it's a lost cause. And it's even worse on the weekends.

• The vast majority of staff are nonchalant and deeply incompetent. Some people lack courtesy.
• There are constant errors in orders.
• The products are not fresh and the coffee is cold.

The owners (Carl Murray and Janick Morin) clearly don't seem interested in solving the problem, as the situation seems to be getting worse since they took over. To say it was better before is an understatement. It is difficult to hire staff for this kind of work in 2024, but ensuring that employees receive the necessary training and that adequate quality control is in place is the responsibility of the owners.

This review will probably be considered the same as all other negative comments, with a generic response stating that my opinion is important, etc., but nothing will change. So, take your coffee elsewhere. There are alternatives in this area, such as a McDonald's, a convenience store that serves coffee, a Starbucks a little further away, and many others. For my part, I am done losing money at this place as long as the branch is not managed by other responsible, competent owners with good respect for its customers.

I came to pick up an Uber order, the employees were on their phone in front of me when I arrived, order not ready…

Chalice moer that out selfish people like that, let's see how to waste people's time, energy and money because the employees don't think of others.

I've been going there twice now. The first time I waited over 20 minutes before someone finally came to serve me. Yesterday I returned there having made a mobile order and a too good too go. I get there, she has nothing in stock. I ask her to reimburse me and she tells me that she cannot do so by contacting Tom Horton service. I then ask him to give my too good too go that I don't want to redeploy since I was thinking of eating while waiting for my tgtg. She can't give it to me... I contact Tim Horton, they tell me that it's up to the restaurant to reimburse me. I've been trying to call since yesterday and no one answers and I don't want to travel for nothing.

A Saturday morning without eggs, without chicken, no bread for the Tim club or salad. The machine does not work to scan the points card, no potatoes in the order, no napkin in the bag. Unfortunately no hello at the checkout, no smile. Worst experience in a Tim.
