If I could be 0 with the stars I would!! It's been a few months since I came to your Tim Hortons because the last time I was served a coffee that tasted like 3-day-old dishwater and my timatin was very dry.. Today I am came back thinking that the problem was resolved but not at all!! My coffee still tasted like old dirty water when I opened the cover!! SURPRISE !! There was rotten milk. Someone should do something and their press. Closing the restaurant to clean EVERYTHING, I think it would do some good!

The employees waste their time putting whipped cream on their faces and wiping their faces with their hands before continuing with the sandwiches. There are 8 employees and they have difficulty serving 3 customers.

Not enough staff, often the drive-thru is closed by placing a trash can to prevent motorists from entering!!!! Often only one employee to serve customers and that takes time. It's not the employee who's the problem, he's doing his best. Unclean toilet Often. Tim Horton needs to fix it, I started going to another Tim despite the distance

Service vraiment lent et n'as même pas appeller la commande. Les filles sur place on eut l'audace de nous blâmer de ne pas avoir entendu le call de la commande alors que nous attendions tous le long au bord du comptoir, vraiment décevant et par leur faute nous sommes tombé sur les heures de trafic,35 minutes pour une simple commande c'est on ne peu plus décevant
