Disappointment Sunday March 16, 40 minutes of waiting on site in addition to the 30 minutes announced when I called to place my order. Customers (3) ordered while I was there waiting for my order and were served before me. The restaurant seems disorganized and without management. If you take more than an hour to place an order, don't tell the customer ready in 30 minutes, we have other things to do than wait in front of your counter, I also left a tip which I regretted.

The only problem that bothered me, I asked for a fries with Italian sauce which was listed at $9.70 on the menu, but when I checked the bill, I realized that I was charged $16.95 for a poutine without cheese.......since I was paying the full price I asked to put the cheese, the food, the service everything is ok, SUGGESTION: therefore indicated the right price, there would surely be no ambiguity, my customer experience in took a hit

We ordered a combo with a trio pizza (both delicious) and asked for “lots of sauces because the sauces are really good” and received such a huge amount of sauces!!
We have no choice but to declare our loyalty to Courteau St-Grégoire!

We stopped there for dinner. This was the first time I noticed this place. Nice place, “fancy” snack. Varied menu and difficult to make a choice because everything seems good. A bit basic service. I would have appreciated an employee who was a little more cheerful and enthusiastic, but bad days happen. Meal cost still expensive but our poutines were really delicious, they were worth the price. We are very satisfied to be stopped to discover this place.

Nice snack, very clean, nice welcome. The portion of poutine was disappointing, a dozen fries for the small size. Personally I didn't like the taste of the sauce. The only thing we liked was the onion rings.
****Thank you to the owner Frédérique for her return. It's fun to see that he cares about his customers' opinions. We are going to come back next summer during one of our paddleboard outings and we will be happy to go back or I am sure that my opinion will only be better.
