The cashier with a butterfly tattoo is doing a great job, but the guy doing the sandwiches is horrible at his job. He simply doesn't care.
We are 3 guys who oordered different sandwiches, all of the sandwiches were dry, no sauce . 2 out of 3 were with the wrong ingredients. For the last order, we waited a really long time only for the cashier to realize that the sandwich guy was daydreaming.
This was our usual place, not anymore. This happened on the 24th of February at 7h45.

I have ordered curbside several times, most of the time there is an error in the order. It happened on several occasions that the bread or bagel was very, very dry, to the point that it was difficult to eat. And finally, the last time I went there I had to reluctantly persist with a young person who was unhappy that a Chai Latté was not coffee, but tea without coffee in it. I won't go back there.

I ordered a bagel with sesame toasted butter and creton heated creton I specified it twice at the car service because the last time I received a bagel not toasted butter not melted creton not heated... There he gives me my bagel I put it on finger inside the creton and borderline frosted and there are visible motons of butter I give it back to him and tell him the creton has not been heated he writes that you have been heated while showing him the bagel says yes he pitches the bagel to me and says yes it was heated and moves away from the window.... In addition to not being able to make an order ordeal the customer service is just disgusting no more that cry.. from Tim the always ost... of error in addition to stubbornness with the customers... Er to realize on the 55 that the bagel had not even been toasted full of butter in addition to the almost frosted creton... And they weren't in the rush there were maybe five customers inside two tanks behind me... January 27, 2025 8:35

I have been to the opening twice and the person at reception washes the floor and does not wash their hands, so unhygienic and another morning the same person runs their fingers over their nose because their nose is running and does not don't wash your hands 🤢🤮

The worst I have visited. The Ti-matins and the bagels are cold. Not even grilling. The two employees tell me that it’s normal that they are toasted. The bread is cold and not toasted in any way. Brief customer service 0!!! I will move on in the future.

I have been to this Tim Hortons many times and before I had no problems. For some time now, unfortunately, the service has deteriorated. A few weeks ago, I ordered drive-thru. Arriving at the window, I paid for my order and the cashier asked me to wait on the other side of the restaurant near the trash cans. The problem is that he forgot about me for 20 minutes. It was when I got out of my car to walk to the window that he said to me “oops, I forgot about you”. So 5 minutes later, he came to bring me my order... Lots of things were missing.. they forgot my donut, my fork and I didn't even have the right flavor in my cappuccino. I went back 2 weeks later. I ordered a bowl of rice, my salad was frozen... it still had ice cream on it, it was disgusting. A limp and cold salad.. Ark… I'm really disappointed that the service has deteriorated like this. I never had a problem before. Damage.

Unfortunately 2 errors in an order of 3 items. Bad drink, bad wrap, only the apple wedges with the sauce was what I actually ordered
