The place is filthy.i saw 4 rats running around the kitchen and the owner was following them with a broom.my burger was as black as it gets but the sauce was perfect .As i mentioned the problem about the rats to the owner, he locked me in the bathroom so i had to call the cops on him.Very interesting experience

Gave it a try, thought it was like the one in saint hubert but wasnt what i expected, the burger was good but the fries were not that good not crispy at all wasnt that quality for the buck. Just one thing that wasnt great is that when i took some drink at the fountain, when i poured drink there was some algues in the cups that were from the machine 😳. Maybe a little bit more cleaning would be great.

Not really satisfying food. It's big but dry and tasteless, there are much better places to spend your money.

I tried a Burger a few months ago. Not bad tasting, but average. On the other hand, the fact that the bread was so undercooked made the taste mediocre. Eating a burger with dry bread doesn't satisfy me. Notice to those like me. Later, I tried a jumbo hot dog. Bread more cooked than the burger and of better quality, but not cooked enough the same. I had a cheese. I should have asked what it was before ordering. It’s cheap nacho cheese without the spice. It makes me feel sick pretty quickly. I had to remove quite a bit. There is no real jumbo sausage, it is a regular sausage cut into 4 lengthwise so that it appears larger since the condiments go into the slits of the sausage. But the sausage taste is okay. Now I tried Lebanese poutine. The fries are good, the sauce is okay, but surprise for the Lebanese. I thought it was with shishtaouk, but no, just garlic mayo. Feeling sick after a few bites, it's too much. For those who eat a lot of canteen and don't cook, I imagine it's appreciated, but for those with a more developed palate wanting to indulge in fast food on occasion, this is not the place. Except for a little crispy fries!!

Sorry ! It's probably very good like Burger but your website is strictly in English. You are located in a French-speaking province. Respecting your customers would be to offer a website in French. You have just lost several customers!
I don't see any option in French and why not choose French first.

Really not the best burger I've eaten. Thin steak, not very fresh bread. Very poor service, it seemed like I was bothering the employee.
The location doesn't help either, it's not the cleanest place, lots of love to give!

Very good quality/price ratio. On the other hand, very long wait (we were the only ones in the restaurant) and our two meatballs were burnt (literally black) on one side.

The service at this fast food restaurant was frankly disappointing. The attitude of the staff was poor and the quality of customer service was very poor. I'm really disappointed and don't think I'll come back here.
