Dairy Queen (Treat)

I rarely write reviews and when I have it's for positive reasons. This is not one of those unfortunately.

Had a turtle blizzard and had food poisoning a few hours after. The icecream was soft/watery (icecream place that has bad icecream...). I suspect they didn't clean their equipment, it didn't look sanitary back there. My spouse had a regular icecream amd was fine which is why the blizzard machine is suspected. We will never know 100% but I didn't have anything else that my family didn't also have other than that blizzard.

Out of caution, I would recommend avoiding this particular Dairy Queen location if you have a delicate stomach, if you're immunocompromised or are pregnant.

Went there twice and they mess up twice my order. The person at the cash was barely speaking and if, it was in English.

Disappointed because they do not respect their opening hours as displayed on this site. On Sunday they should be open until 10pm, however they were closed completely (lights off and no employees on site) at 9:25pm.

We had taken a detour to grab something, but it was for nothing.

Excellent service. It's always very good. The lactose-free bars available are delicious 😊. Blizzards are generous.

I don't even dare set foot there anymore, the employee, the elderly blonde lady, is so stupid and haughty. Terrible service.

I try to call several times, from opening to closing, but with no answer. I have a question about ordering a cake since I can't find my answer on their site. I give up... given the lack of professionalism, I'm sure there would be an error in my order

UPDATE: I just gave it a chance and called back… WHEW! The lady didn't listen to anything I said. I'm happy to follow my instincts and not deal with them.

Ice cream is good, not good for the waistline but very good treats there
