The restaurant is wheelchair accessible, but it can get busy, so booking ahead is recommended, especially towards the end of the week. Customers report receiving plates of waffles but waiting for syrup, resulting in cold waffles. Some breakfasts were tepid, not hot off the grill, possibly due to employees being busy.
