The hamburger wasn't very hot and the fries weren't really hot, I would even say they were almost cold. My husband's onion rings were almost cold. We really didn't like it.

During a visit on Thursday September 26, 2024, we arrived 15 minutes before closing (8:45 p.m., closing at 9:00 p.m.) from the Montreal airport. The food was just how I like it at Harvey's. But what I want to highlight with this opinion is the professional and exceptional side of a young employee studying in secondary 5 whose first name is Laurent. He was exceptionally attentive to me and my partner. A young man with a very bright future. It's always nice to see these young people working so well. Bravo and great continuity to you Laurent. He made this lunch stop an excellent time. THANKS.

I had a classic burger and when I arrived home to eat it after a long day of work, while eating the latter I realized that there was definitely more sauce than meat but what's more, this The latter was not well cooked, the inside of the meatball was completely pink. In addition to having to waste money and food, I was sick all night and the next day at work.
Not to mention the employee who was laughing about our condiment choices with her colleague. Extreme lack of professionalism

Charged me $8 for a slush and only reimbursed me $0.50 then told me that my calculations were not correct, the manager was in no way understanding and almost threw my change away, he was in no way kind to me the young people who did their best at the cash register you will not see me again in this thieving establishment.
