Terrible customer service experience!

First contact 2-3 months ago already, my children (primary school) tell me that the lunches arrived incomplete in a torn bag. I contact the service who tell me that it's not on their side that it's probably the school and to contact them (so sent the problem to someone else) I don't care, It could happen.

Second contact Sunday I realize that my boy has a meal ordered on Wednesday but that he has an activity that day. I send them a message so he can read it quickly on Monday. The order is a spaghetti that I want to put back until the next day (Thursday) I am told that there is nothing to do, because less than 3 working days I can go to the school to pick up the lunch or the give to a poor child at school... I accept my mistake of one working day however you have just lost a customer (2 children) for $7.

I would never order again and will not recommend you again.
