Very very disappointing. 13 minutes for a cold coffee. The height of 25 minutes for a cone, the machine breaks, my number is removed from the order table and I am told that I still have to wait 25 minutes. Notice to the boss, - If you are not able to provide a minimum of service simply out of respect for your customers, then close it. It’s your employees who pay the price!!!!! Poor employees.
