Purchase of 12 oysters, Caribou type. When I opened them, not fresh and one with a terrible smell. So the next day I went back to the fish market. They offered to replace them but honestly I no longer had the taste for oysters. So I was refunded. It was mentioned to me that there were currently new employees and perhaps that we had neglected to knock them to ensure their freshness. In short, hoping that they will review their product quality

Ne sait pas du tout calculé les portions par personne, fraîcheur assez ordinaire mais surtout de la sur-vente total car les quantités par personnes sont ridicule ce qui donne toujours des pertes de plus 50-60% des achats. Terminer à tous jamais
Oysters always seem to have 1 bad one in each dozen...(and they only give 12, not 13 like most places). Decent fish and frozen selection. Service is usually ok/pretty good.

I call on Tuesday to order 2 platters ($200) for Saturday evening. I ask to come and collect my order Saturday morning or early pm and I am told no... to come Friday pm because the morning is reserved for placing the counter and for customers on site...Kudos for customer service
