Came here last week at the drive through (afternoon). Barely got a hello, when I turned my phone around for him scan my card on the app he didn’t say anything, grabbed the phone out of my hand, closed the door, scanned it and shoved it back to me without a word. He gave us our drink and that was it. We told him to have a nice day and we left.
Very rude and unprofessional. If he had politely asked for the phone i gladly would’ve handed it over without no issue. I’ve worked at Tim’s a few years ago (it’s not fun, I know) but faking a smile isn’t hard, it’s your job.

you never know if the dirve thru or walk in is going to be opened, also they hire people for a few hours and you never hear from them again, they dont return your calls or emails and do not pay !!! no wonder they are always searching for other employees... they cant get business straight, go to other locations... service is better and more offerings, stay away if you are searching for a job

My partner works night shift. After work he decides to take a walk and go get some lunch. A big guy with tattoos is opening the Tim Hortons, he tells him to go away and not to wander around! My partner tells him that he wants to eat and he replies that it is impossible for the moment. My partner waits for the opening, the cashier tells him that in Beloeil there are no people like him that the people are from Bougieux, that we are not in Longeuil here. My partner, in shock, cannot understand what is happening and tells him; I am a customer and I want to be served with respect. The cashier replies have a good day, pro.Trump criss!!! I don't know what made the cashier act like that, my partner is a 43 year old white man, he was well dressed, clean looking and not neglected. I understand the staff shortage but perhaps hiring people with precarious mental health conditions is not appropriate for working with customers? This is completely outrageous!
