Waited over 5 min for someone to show up at the counter - had to call for someone at the back. A gentleman was sitting on the bench before me and some other customers came in and walked out. I agree it’s nice of people to come into work….but only speaking English ?! In Quebec. Something here must be done- I love A&W I travel a lot with my VanLife across canada and never seen anything like it. 10 min *took 2 min for my breakfast sandwich to be made.

The hotel and its entertainment are really good but all the effort put into the shows and activities is completely overshadowed by such poor customer service that it convinced me to never set foot in this hotel again. Very unfortunate because the renovated rooms are magnificent, the food excellent and the entertainment very successful.

Ahh the A&W! We love it so much! I only tried the drive-thru at Berthier but the service was very good and so was the food.
