The hotel and its entertainment are really good but all the effort put into the shows and activities is completely overshadowed by such poor customer service that it convinced me to never set foot in this hotel again. Very unfortunate because the renovated rooms are magnificent, the food excellent and the entertainment very successful.
Hot burger, well prepared. I appreciate that the young cashier took the time to take the order from Latin American workers who were using a translation tool. Many would have been put off by this difficulty.
Our new go to stop when we travel to Mont Tremblant. Clean, well organized, quick service. Stopped there 2-3 times now. Have to say on one occasion the ladies bathroom had issues with the lighting and only 2 bathrooms and one was out of service. Men was quite the opposite though. It happen only one time on the other occasions I had not notice any issues.
Other than that, we really like A&W, my daughter can eat beyond the meat burger, me a lettuce wrap burger, my youngest...
