Good food, and nice atmosphere, but room crowded with people, tables were not cleaned between customers, and unfortunately very long waiting time, 35 minutes to have a brunch lunch which takes 10 minutes to make, while my parents who ordered before me got their plate in the following minutes, while me and my partner waited a very long time, the staff seemed disorganized, really disappointed

I went to the Victoria cheese shop a week ago with my son and my wife. The service was impeccable, however the waitress was a little too “flirty” for my taste. Despite everything, very good restaurant.
P.S.; Please wait until my wife's back is turned next time.
Wheelchair accessibility: Parking for people with reduced mobility is very well located. My wife, who is quadriplegic, found the landing stage very friendly.

I stopped to eat on the road. Ordered a small poutine with chicken and a sparkling water. $24 for a very long service, I approached and waited. Finally my turn, the girl asks me if I had my bottles of water. I said no, it’s just a Perrier. Finally I paid for both but only wanted to give the Perrier because I didn't have my receipt which the cashier threw away. Small detail that changes the whole experience. And the toilets are very dirty. For $24 a small poutine, we expect better. Oh, and 3-4 mini cubes of chicken, it’s ridiculous. I specify based on the response, I had to pay for poutine, Gazé water and a bottle of water to go up to $24 even though I didn't want a bottle of water. She didn't want to refund because I didn't have the bill but it was the cashier who threw it away. So there you go.

It was a first for us, a lunch at Fromagerie Victoria de Berthier. Really very good (quality/price) we loved our lunch. The decor is fun, a beautiful atmosphere. It is certain that on our next visit to Berthier, we will return to eat there.

Frozen fries, very little cheese for the poutine, surprising for a cheese shop. Good sauce, small portion and very expensive. Many better choices in my area and for less expensive ones. I don't understand the craze for this restaurant chain. Not for me.

Very disapointed, we've been looking forwad to stop and have one of their poutine, what a disapointment the cheese curd in the poutine where huge and uncut and not easy to cut in a foil container, fries were undercooked, usually a real poutine, the cheese will melt a bit, in this case the poutine was lukewarm. Considering we paid 21,00$ for a medium poutine and one diet coke, I honestly think it's a ripoff.
