the drive through is so fast . i got my ordered at time. the food was great and the drinks were also good.the staff behaved with me well

Today I came to Tim Horton's, the place was pretty clean. I placed my order at the drive-thru, I got a three-meat pizza and raps for seven dollars, as a drink I got the vanilla cold brew coffee. To tell you the food was good as were the drinks. The employees always work with a smile and quickly, keep it up, guys don't give up!

This is hands down the best service of all the Tim's I've been to. Even this morning during the ice storm and people were lining up out the door! This place is fast and efficient!!

I go to Tim's to have lunch for me and my 2 teenagers. Out of 4 sandwiches, 3 had errors or were missing.

I go inside to tell them that my sandwich was missing, that the BLT usually contains salad and tomato and that a worker's wrap also contains a potato.

It's long, very long, but I end up getting my order, meanwhile, the rest of the order that remained in the car (my bagel and the potatoes on the side) are cold, but hey... we eat and seriously... they forgot the sauce in the wrap, the BLT doesn't even have half a leaf of lettuce and the beef and cheddar sandwich doesn't even have tomatoes!!!!

I pay top dollar so that even the 2nd take is a failure. Train your employees like everyone else 🤦‍♀️ We pay top dollar and we don't even get what we pay for. It's frustrating!

The service was rotten, the lady had no way of serving us, don't stop at this place, continue on your way

Sarah in Berthierville did an excellent job this morning providing service with a smile...fast, efficient, clean...she represented Tim Hortons as a quality establishment that we would return to, and she did it all . by herself. Tim Hortons would be proud. That's really what it's about. It's not just the coffee... but the atmosphere... Any business would do well to have Ms. Sarah on staff.

My experience with Tim Hortons was very good. They have good staff with good customer services. They always serve fresh food. Always greet with a pleasant gesture.
