They give big portions , enough to satisfy anyone 😍. Awesome service !!

Was our first time. Was a delicious breakfast and great vibe to the restaurant decor. Many booths to sit cozy in.

Waitress made a mix up with 2 plates of blueberry pancakes. While we ordered patatoes in cube and got accidentally the mash patatoes of someone else. It took her to long to come back see if we enjoyed our food. When we informed her the mix up, she said sorry, but didn't offer an extra plate of patatoes nor an invoices discount. Felt bad for my dad so gave him some of my cube patatoes that were soooo delicious.

First time at this restaurant. The staff were polite and friendly; however, for three people, we only received one cup of water and two sets of utensils. The table and floors were not clean. When we got the food, the cheese was not melted as usual on top, and the fruit was not fresh. When we ordered the bill, we received a different table's bill. I would say it's the second worse Allo ive been to

Good food and Good service

Went there on a Sunday. Great food warm. Service was great. We will be back.

Order a takeout order, took it home, and there was a decently big spider cooked in the eggs. My dad takes it back for an exchange and the owner tells him « how would I know if the spider maybe comes from your house or not » . Who would take a spider, add it to untouched food, just to take the time to bring it back and get a new one. What would be the plus value? Coming from the restaurant industry myself, I was shocked to hear that was an owner’s response. Like take accountability, apologize or offer refund or something. That was also on top of 2 other mistakes that was made in the order. I’ll say the girl on the phone was nice though even if they were busy. Would have taken the 25% off on next order offer without complaining if my dad did not come home to tell me that was the owners response. Weird behaviour!

I had a little unpleasant experience with waiting. I waited more than 20 minutes without a menu, without utensils, without water without anyone coming to see me and my son. I got up and went to get the menu and utensils myself to wait another 15 minutes without anyone coming. Noted that the restaurant was almost empty with 2 waitresses on a weekday morning. I then started to dress my boy to leave and that's when a waitress came to see me. Even though the other waitress looked at me several times and I waved to her several times without even responding or smiling. I can understand some misunderstandings between waitresses who serve who, however a lack of courtesy and customer service of this kind coming from this waitress is unacceptable. This is the basis of a minimum to be done with its customers. Very disappointed not by the wait but not the lack of professionalism of this waitress. I finally got served by another waitress who apologized a thousand times. I didn't have much time left so I stayed for the simple fact that I didn't have time to go to another restaurant to feed my son before our appointment.
