We just came back and didn't even leave with our order. Wilted salad (where did the coleslaw go???) Old dry chicken, totally indifferent service. A cell phone lying on the counter where they make the sandwiches... plus a bathroom that was not usable because there was blue Lysol product all over the bowl, the floor and even the bottle in the bowl... We are far away from Boustan 2 years ago.... too bad. I used to love it so much..

I ordered a 16$ bowl of falafel (seen in one picture) and received 3 pieces of falafel and nothing else. I called 5 times in the past 2 hours and have been promised every time that my meal will arrive in a few minutes. It’s been 120 few minutes. Worst service ever, not a single apology or accepting to refund or anything from the employee Radia or from the manager
