Five Guys

The cheeseburger was a wet mess! Lot's of wet sloppy toppings sandwiched with a wet, sloppy bun that looked like a handkerchief that was in somebody's pocket. The meat tasted ok but the sloppy wet mess difficult to overcome. Personally, I didn't enjoy their fries either. A little dry for my taste.

Dirtiest Five Guys I’ve ever eaten in. No attention to cleanliness. Fries, food and garbage all over the floor, tables disgusting, bathrooms were disgusting, and the kitchen was the same. Pretty gross place to eat in.

The burgers are great, the poutine sauce was very salty but still good overall. Expect a medium wait time at peak evening hours

We were there for couple of times and we like this place but today the food was not as well as before!
The floor wasn't clean and peanut shells were all over the place.
The washroom was dirty and there wasn't paper towels.
I went to the counter to asked for mayo sauce but no one responded me. They looked at me but no response!

I’ll start off by saying in my day to day interactions in my job I’ve learnt that in the franchise restaurant business shit definitely flows downhill by this I mean you can tell a lot about an owner by how his restaurant is ran and in this case bravo I’ve eaten 5guys all over Montreal as well as the us and without a doubt this was my best experience not only was the service and food perfect but it was a pleasure watching the team work in unison this is the way it is done good job to all especially the little spitfire supervisor 👍

the staff are nice, but the burger is not good like it used be in the past few years, so greasy and disgusting, I gave it many shots, but today was the last!

Greasy, rude staff (short girl and a blonde one), not paying attention to customers. They just talk between them. Took 45 min to get 4 cheesburger and fries. When asked how long it will take they told me to go elsewhere if I cannot wait. Burger is good but I will never come here ever again. Other buisiness will be glad to take my money

Best 5 guys in Quebec! Nice portion size and quality is okay! Compered to other five guys we visited, much superior...!! A+

Always a good burger a five guys. An oldie but a goodie as they say. I would HIGHLY recommend the double cheese bacon, with extra cheese and extra bacon of course. Enjoy my friends !
