We have been regular customers of this place for over a decade. Lately the quality has dropped , the portions have shrunk and the attitude of the employees is very unprofessional. We called to explain that we always order the same maki’s and that it’s been twice now that the Maki are half the size they used to be and the quality is not as good as it was. The restaurant’s response to our phone call explaining this was rood and they brushed us off with no willingness to fix the situation.

I really wanted some good Asian food and a terrace given the nice weather. The terrace was set up except that there were no utensils and tablecloth. The restaurant was deserted, I asked for the terrace, the waiter showed me a table inside (with a stupid look like I've never seen) I mentioned to him that I wanted the terrace and he stupidly replied that she didn't. was not mounted!!!! I said I wanted the terraces and he just looked at me with his stupid look..so I left.....well done champ you just lost a good customer. When on top of that your restaurant was empty!!!

It's not what it used to be! The fried spring rolls tasted like old oil. The tartare was prepared in advance and very cold when served, lacking freshness, the sexy cucu tasted like bleach, the cucumber was white, no taste. The sauces are no longer as good as before. Only 1 kind of beer... Service, forget it. The waiter does not listen, does not look at the customer when we speak to him, when we ask the difference between 2 tartars, he tells us it's the same??? Does not offer utensils. Constantly on his cell instead of worrying about customers. The fans for the very noisy air circulation, it feels good when it stops!! Finished for us!

If only there was an option for 0 star. Worst customer service. I ordered from uber eat and 10 minutes later i call just to make sure that they would put me the soya sauce, juan tells me that hes not even doing my order because they close at 9pm and i placed my order at 8:40. No one called me before to say anything, if i didnt call I would have never known that theyre not doing my order. I have never seen someone as rude as him i dont recommand to anyone.
