La Fabrique à Bagels

This was my first time coming in, my better half found this place, she always said this is better than St-Viateur, so, I have to try... And, the bagels are pretty good, love the texture and there is nothing better than a warm bagel!
For sure I'm coming back.
The service was good and all smiles, who doesn't like that!

My brother-in-law regularly brings us bagels from this place. The last time he was there he ordered 6 bagels and as he walked to his car he realized they only had 3, so he came back to inform them. Instead of apologizing for the mistake, they insisted that they actually put 6 bagels in and that he was lying (like you could eat 3 bagels in the seconds he left… truly amazing !). I am so shocked that a business would lose a customer for 3 bagels (after their mistake)!!! Extremely disappointing. This company seems to be capitalizing on the fact that there aren't many options in Blainville. This experience is something you would never expect from an establishment today and clearly shows that customers are taken for granted and not respected at all. All 3 bagels were left on the counter and obviously we will not be returning to this store again. I hope they don't treat other customers like they treated us.

C’est bien simple j’adore vos bagels, cependant à chaque fois que je me présente à la boutique il n’y a jamais de bagel nature .. je veux dire si la demande est là pourquoi laisser un présentoir vide .. c’est très décevant et pour cette raison je n’y retourne plus ..

Je suis une cliente assez reguliere et j’avais fait une commande de 4 douzaines de mini bagel. Quand je suis presentée aujourd’hui pour les chercher, j’avais trouvé que les tailles sont tellement differente et c’etait pas xomme d”habitude et j’avais addressé le probleme à la jeune fille Emilie qui avait faite les bagels, mais elle m’a repondu si tu ne les veux pas, prend les pas.
J’etais etonné de la facon dont elle m’a parlé et le mal de respect de la jeune fille.
Une petite attention aux employees qui represente vos locals. Personnellement j’y retourne plus jamais acheté la bas
