This is the THIRD time I’ve ordered puffs from you, and every single time, they were cold. The first time, I was there in person and specifically asked for a fresh batch. You made me wait, only to give me mostly the cold ones that had been sitting there.
The last two times, including today, I ordered through Uber Eats, and the puffs arrived absolutely freezing—like they had been left out for hours.
This is beyond disappointing. Never again.

Love me some Mr. Puffs. Food always fresh although if looking for more that a sweet treat you might be disappointed. Service always a 10 out a 10 for from tgis location ( st-jérôme) as for the atmosphere a chil relaxed vibe for the most part.

Pour de vrai, si je pouvais y aller plusieurs fois par jour ce serait merveilleux! C'est tout le temps bon une petite boîte de mr puffs en guise de dessert. Vous pouvez y aller entre amis, en famille, ou même tout seul, il va y en avoir plus pour vous haha. Ce sont des petites boules de pâtes avec des coulis de votre choix par-dessus. Il y a une grande variété de coulis et toppings alors il peut être évident que vous hésitiez. By the way, je ne vous conseille pas la crème glacée.. Peut-être que certain l'aime mais personnellement, je crois que c'est la pire crème glacée que j'ai goûter. J'ai pris 1 cornet à 3 reprises et a chaque fois j'ai été déçu.. Bref! Perso, je m'apporte ma bouteille de lait car le seul lait qu'ils vendents c'est les lingots de lait Québon à quasiment 5$, très cher à mon avis et du lait avec un dessert sucré ou salé ça va toujours bien ensemble ?❤️
